Community Manager
Carlito is a born and raised Eastsider who has a deep passion for art and Detroit. Aside from serving the HSS community, Carlito is a musical artist who has released 5 EPs to date, and a graphic designer offering branding and media services for other artists alike. Being a community servant is something he was born into, so you know you’re in good hands with him as Community Manager.
Russell Howard
Community Director
Russell Howard was born and raised in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but has lived in Detroit long enough to consider himself a true Detroiter. Russell has a big heart for community service and helping people which is evident from his vast experience with working and partnering with non-profits and community development centers. Russell hopes to bring his love and commitment to community right here to Hunt Street Station to help its members and partners while staying aligned with HSS’s core values.

Sina Morin
Founder
As Co-Founder of Hunt Street Station, Sina transformed a historic police station into a thriving coworking space where people can work, connect, and create. She also played a key role in revitalizing the Hosmer Library, preserving its history while turning it into a functional workspace.
Beyond her passion for restoring old buildings, Sina is dedicated to helping others and actively volunteers in her free time. She also thrives in logistics and transportation, solving complex challenges with precision. With extensive experience in event and exhibition management, she has successfully organized major productions worldwide, ensuring flawless execution every step of the way
