What Does A Membership at Hunt Street Station Include?

Super-Fast, Reliable Internet:

Access to and use of our shared internet connection.

Access to Conference Rooms:

Use of the conference rooms on HSS Premises during Regular Business Hours on Regular Business Days, subject to availability and your prior reservation of such conference rooms

Hunt Street Member Network:

The ability to connect with other members of Hunt Street Station on our online community. You can share news, build partnerships, ask questions, invite others to your events, promote new job listings for your business, or find someone to join you for Happy Hour. This is a tool to build relationships with inspiring business owners and entrepreneurs.

Furniture:

Furnishings for the Office Space of the quality and in the quantity typically provided to other HSS Member Companies with similar office space, workstations, and/or other workspace, as applicable, in the Premises

Unique Events:

Opportunity to participate in members-only events, benefits and promotions.

Printing/Copying/Scanning:

Each HSS floor has at least one multi-function copier/scanner/printer. Dedicated Desks and Private Offices come with monthly credit allocations specific to your office size.

What Membership Plans Do We Offer?

Open Coworking (Elbow Room & Hot Desks)

A shared workspace in a common area. When you purchase a Hot Desk, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk.

This plan includes access to our web portal, events and services, 24/7 keycard access at your primary building, as well as 5 monthly credits for reserving workspaces and conference rooms.

Dedicated Desks

An assigned desk space in a large open area or enclosed office shared with other members. This dedicated space comes with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. Desktops may be set up and left overnight.

This plan includes access to our web portal, events and services, 24/7 keycard access at your primary building, as well as 5 monthly credits for reserving workspaces and conference rooms.

Private Office

A fully enclosed, lockable office space. Your company can add on more offices as you grow.

This plan includes access to our web portal, events and services, 24/7 keycard access at your primary building, as well as monthly credits for reserving workspaces and conference rooms that correlate with your office size.

How do Printing Credits Work?

Dedicated Desk and Private Office membership plans include a monthly credit allocation that can be used for both color and black & white prints and copies. After you have used your allotted printing credits, you are free to keep printing and copying at additional costs – see below for more details. Credits do not rollover from month to month.

How do Reservation Credits Work?

Open Coworking, Dedicated Desks, and Private Offices come with 5 Conference room credits a month. 1 credit = 1 hour. After all credits are used you can book still book rooms for a discounted price.

How do I reserve a Conference Room or Workspace?

You can make a reservation for a conference room or a workspace via the web portal. For workspaces, you just need to select a location and the desired date. For conference rooms, you’ll also be able to select available rooms at our locations based on the room size and length of the reservation. For both workspace and conference room reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.

What Size Conference Rooms Do You Have?

Conference room size varies from 8-12 people. We also have a handful of open meeting spaces that are available.

Can I Register Guests for a Conference Room I Rented?

Yes, You can register as many guests as allotted for the particular conference room, just make sure the guests are registered at the front desk once they arrive.

What's the Pet Policy?

Members on our Private Office Space plan will be able to bring a pet into their private space, upon the request that proof of vaccination be available, and pets remain accompanied by a member. If you, or any of your Members brings a pet into the Premises, you will be responsible for any injury or damage caused by this pet to other members or guests or to the property of HSS or any employees, members or guests. None of the HSS Parties will be responsible for any injury to such pets. We reserve the right to restrict any Member’s right to bring a pet into the Premises in our sole discretion.

What is a Workspace?

A daily workspace provides access to a designated work area in a shared common room, working side-by-side with other HSS members. You’ll have ample space to set up your laptop for the day. In addition, you also have access to the building’s amenities.

Is There a Retainer or a Set-Up Fee Required to Secure a Dedicated Desk or Private Office?

Yes. HSS requires a Service Retainer equal to one and a half months (1.5 months) of your monthly Membership fee.

There is also a $100 setup fee per desk in order to secure an office for your team.

When Do I Have to Let HSS Know I am Moving Out?

Members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. Example: If a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice to HSS on July 31st.

Open Coworking Memberships can be cancelled at any time , but please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month. There are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of Open Coworking membership plans.

Does HSS Charge Late Fees?

HSS charges a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice, excluding Service Retainers, for payments we haven’t received by the 10th day of the month.

What Are the Additional Fees for Reservation Credits, Printing, Etc.?

  • Conference Room (per credit): $20.00 USD
  • Black & White printing (per sheet printed): $0.05 USD
  • Color printing (per sheet printed): $0.15 USD
  • Extra Member Fee (Private Offices only; per member per month)*: $100.00 USD
  • Keycard Replacement Fee: $10.00 USD
  • Key Replacement Fee: $10.00 USD

Extra Member Fee: Your office space has a limited capacity. If the number of members or other individuals regularly using your office space exceeds the number allocated on your membership details form, you will be required to pay the additional fee listed above. For safety reasons, the number of members in your office space can never exceed 1.5x the number of desks, regardless of additional fees paid. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members allowed at any point.

What About Parking?

There is free street parking all around our building. Additionally, dedicated, assigned, parking lot spaces are available for members for $49/month.

Can I See The Membership Agreement?

Absolutely! We strongly believe in transparency and give our members and prospective members plenty of time to review any agreements. Here’s a copy of our current agreement.
