Hunt Street Station’s Response to COVID-19
As the world moves through this time of crisis, we are keeping a close eye on the Novel Coronavirus and are taking proper precautions to ensure the safety of our members and community. We realize, however, many businesses and people are in a great time of need. We’ve gathered as many credible resources as we could for individuals who are or will be financially affected at this time. We hope these resources help. Small Business Administration
The Small Business Administration has a detailed article on guidance for businesses and employers to plan and respond to COVID-19. This include access to funding, loans, products and other resources.
Michigan.Gov
Michigan has a detailed article on where to find a variety of resources for employers, residents, healthcare workers, and more. Each state will have a different response in regards to financial support. Stay informed here.

US Chamber of Commerce
The US Chamber of Commerce put out a similar article in response to COVID-19. On their site, they’ve provided five resources that can help small businesses navigate this difficult situation.

USBG National Charity Foundation
The USBG National Charity Foundation has created a bartender emergency assistance program to help service industry personnel who may be experiencing financial hardship during the coronavirus outbreak. Eligible applicants can receive a grant to help with bills and other costs due to sudden loss or decrease of income.

Conclusion
At the moment, we were unable to find much information on support for servers, cooks, or other individuals in the restaurant industry. We also struggled finding resources for those in the gig world or working in entertainment.
